What We Collect

• Device ID — a random UUID generated locally, used solely for license activation (Pro users only).
• License key & activation token — stored to verify your Pro subscription status.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Browsing history or URLs you visit
• Page content, DOM data, or screenshots
• Cookies, passwords, or form data
• Personal information (name, email, address) — except what you provide to Gumroad during purchase
• Analytics or tracking data

How Data Is Stored

License data is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV (US/EU). All communication uses HTTPS. No data is shared with third parties except Gumroad for payment processing.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You can deactivate your license at any time through the extension settings. Deactivation removes your device ID and token from our servers. To request complete data deletion, contact support@getlayers.pro.

GetLayers only requests permissions necessary for its functionality: activeTab, storage, scripting, and alarms.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using GetLayers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. License

GetLayers Free is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. GetLayers Pro is a paid upgrade. A Pro license key may be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously.

3. Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension.
• Do not use the extension for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

GetLayers and its source code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the extension code without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

GetLayers is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetLayers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you violate these terms. You may deactivate your license at any time.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@getlayers.pro with your Gumroad order number or license key.
• Or request a refund directly through your Gumroad receipt email.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your license key will be revoked automatically.
• Pro features will be deactivated within 24 hours.
• Free features will continue to work normally.
